Open Reports. The two reports most people start with are the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet.

Profit and Loss

Income minus expenses for a period. It answers "did the business make money this month?" Choose the period at the top: this month, last quarter, this year, or your own dates. You can also compare periods side by side.

Balance Sheet

What the business owns and owes on one day: assets, liabilities, and equity. It answers "where does the business stand right now?" Choose the date at the top.

See the transactions behind a number

Click any amount. Bookepr opens the account detail for that line and period, listing every transaction that adds up to it. Click a transaction to open it, correct it, or see its source document. The report updates when you come back.

Cash or accrual

Your business is set to cash or accrual accounting in Settings β†’ Accounting. Reports follow that setting. Ask your accountant before you change it.

Share or export

Choose Export to download the report. Your accountant, once connected, can open the same reports directly in Bookepr.
