How to get help

There are four places to look, in this order.

You are reading them now. Use the search box at the top of this page. Inside the app, choose Help in the top bar to read the same articles without leaving your books.

Release notes

Every change that affects how you work in Bookepr gets an entry on the changelog. The Help panel in the app shows the same entries.

Service status

If Bookepr seems slow or unavailable, check status.bookepr.com. When a part of the service has a problem, the page shows it and we post updates there until it is resolved. Subscribe on the page to get an email when something changes.

Talk to a person

Choose Help in the app and start a conversation. A person on the team reads every message; we do not use an automated agent to answer you. You can also email support@bookepr.com. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or one-time codes in a message. We will never ask for them.
